| The rapid development of Internet and computer technology has made it possible to design distributively through Internet. Product design integrated with Internet is one of the most effective ways to realize the goal of TQCS. However, in product design based on Web, an important problem that must be solved is how to exchange and share design information.Traditionally, there are many disadvantages in exchanging and sharing design information, such as the poorness of rapidness, coherence, collaboration and sensitivity, which have exerted a negative influence on the quickness, efficiency and quality of product design. As a result, design information filtering is presented in this paper to solve the above problems. Design information filtering is mainly aiming at the dynamical information in product design and based on some theories of IF and the implemented technology through Internet, which enables designers to comparatively automatically exchange and share design information. Therefore, design information filtering also can alleviate the pressure of interaction between different designers, effectively shorten the time spent on design and improve the design efficiency and quality.Starting with the concept and connotation of product design information filtering, this paper analyzes the key technology in detail suitable for product design information filtering, including some theories of IF and Internet technology, which underlie the structural and basic functional component design of product information filter based on web. Accordingly, the frame model, functional basis of information filter and the implemental process of basic components are illustrated and researched. This paper also further studies the reliability of information filter, puts forward some approaches to improving its reliability and carries out a preliminary research on the evaluation of information filter. At last, based on the system which has built, the collaborative design for the mechanical device of auto electromagnatic retarder is used as an instance to prove some relative theories and the system that have been set up, which also testify to the guidance and avail of practical application. |
