Internet media is a new media after newspaper, broadcasting and TV. This research thinks of the producing, processing and marketing of Internet information resource from the point of the operator of Internet media, and analyses all the problems about management of Internet media's information resource generally, basing on the method of media management and beginning at the view of marketing, which includes character of information resource product, market analysis of audience, communication of information resource products, technical base analysis of information resource and market environment analysis of information resource, etc.Products of media information resource are the basic assurance of Internet media's subsistence. This research elicits the most important part form information product and analysis of audience's market, which is how to operate the market of Internet media information resource. Although media market can be divided to audience and advertisement, the base of media is audience. The main served target of the management of media information resource is also on audience market. According to character of Internet market, Internet media must segment, target and position, and find the best audience market. Internet media also must lock market by making use of the discrepancy of information products and strategy of main information products. And then, the research discusses the technology items which affect the market operating of the Internet media information products, and social problems.Through analysis of these problems, author wants to find the regulation of the management of Internet media information resource, and change the blindness when Chinese Internet media operate information resource products, in order to realize scientific management of Internet media information resource.
