As a method of maintaining the data consistency of local databases in distributed environments, data synchronization is one of the key techniques. The researching on heterogeneous database synchronization is very important both theoretically and practically.Having analysed the present status of data synchronization techniques, the thesis proposes a method of enterprise data synchronization based on SQL restoring against the network isolating environment. The method captures the logs of source database in way of trigger or log analyzer, restores the SQL statements which have altered source database, and records the logs. Then the target node gets these SQL statements from the log file, and executes these statements to update target database. This method has the characters of fully heterogeneous, flexibility, universality and high safety. The thesis expounds the principle of heterogeneous database synchronization in the aspects of capturing, distributing and updating. It mainly discusses the techniques of log capturing and SQL statement restoring based on trigger or log analyzer and the ways of dealing with heterogeneousness. The thesis gives the system frame of achieving this method. This frame consists of log capturing,SQL restoring, synchronization triggering, communication, and data updating. The thesis provides the details of accomplishing these modules.Lastly, the thesis presents a instance of water fee system. This system implements the data synchronization of the heterogeneous databases between inner net and outer net in the network isolating environment. The results show that the theory of the data synchronization method based on SQL restoring is available, and it achieves the expectation.
