With the modern medical treatment technical developing continuously, the application of many medical image equipments extensively in the all levels hospitals of our country, raises clinical diagnosis level of our country hospital consumedly. But the hardware environment raises continuously, on the contrary the software environment behind of it increasingly, Although the medical science image equipments that having various forerunner, the whole hospital still is behindhand processing, such as creation the images, doctor's artificial reading that the image, handicraft writing the report etc., and also can't make full use of the former patient's data of the medical images and the diagnosis reports.This subject was just put forward under the above situation. This thesis has finished the demand analysis of the system of the collection and processing of the medical image. I have finished the pattern process from demand analysis, general design to realization of medical image subsystem. The subsystem includes image processing module, interface of software module, file structure and focus making module. Basing on IPP functions library of Intel, combining visual interface programming of VC++, we better has realized the image processing module; BCGControlBar Library is the interface developing type storehouse we have realized main interface of software of .NET style basing on it and VC++.NET; According to the actual demand of the software, we have designed the new file layout -.MIS file, marking patient's basic information, case history, medical image and focus together, having facilitated file management of the case history. The focus marking main includes the drawing of vector, basing on Windows GDI+.Realizing one software of medical image processing and using among at all levels hospital, can improve the doctor's working efficiency greatly, reduce the probability of making mistakes, reduce the job cost, lighte patient's burden of hospitalization cost and have important realistic meanings.
