With the rapid development of mobile Internet as well as the improvement ofmobile devices, smart phones, tablet PCs and other smart mobile devices is becomingincreasingly popular, these mobile smart devices are constantly being applied tovarious industries. In the process of technology education informatization, the wayof education is still being reformed. Nowaday the educational methods based onmobile smart devices have begun to be concerned about and are being tested anddeveloped. It will be a major development trend in the future of education. In thiscontext, the scoring system will be further developed.Nowaday scoring system is mainly capture images to a computer via a scanner orcamera, then use the software to identify the information of images. This paper willpropose and implement a new scoring system. The system can run on mobile devices,and now mobile devices generally have a higher resolution camera. We can takeadvantage of its camera to acquisition image, and then recognition image on themobile device. The main features of this system is to achieve the integration of imageacquisition and recognition, it is more convenient and flexible than the currentscoring system, it also increase the mobility of scoring. The system also can be usewith the educational software of mobile device. The system is mainly based onmobile devices android system development, because the amount of android mobiledevice users is huge and the cost of android devices are low, we can easily promotethe using of it.This paper describes the background and overview of scoring system appears, thecurrent state of development of domestic and international scoring system, theprocess of analysis of the current mainstream scoring system, discuss the criticaltechnical theory. Then this article will commence detailed design and architecturedescribes the system, and the paper will focuses on the workflow of system and keytechnologies involved, including image acquisition, image pre-processing, image segmentation and image recognition.The paper have addressed these problems: howto accurately locate the answer sheet, how to correct distorted image, how to identifythe answer card information. Then we apply the algorithm to the project, to completethe design and implementation of the system in the android environment, optimizingthe efficiency of procedures on the mobile device in the development process. Finally,we test the system on android mobile device, the test confirms the feasibility of themethods we used to achieve the desired effect. This research of this paper is based onenterprise projects, this system can be put into practical use, so it has a practicalsignificance.
