using computer technology and being based on electronic, hydraulic pressure,control technology, and so on, starting from the whole performance of the closeloop system of man-automobile-traffic circumstance, exploitation type automobiledrive simulator is a large-scale experimental equipment, which simulating studyand exploit on the automobile's some important parameters, such as the initiativesafety performance, etc.The measurement and collection for the information ofabout automobile's condition is a basic issue of the study and design for theautomobile's drive stability, and also is prerequisite to realization of electriccontrol and assistant drive system. So, the real-time collection control system ischanged into very important.The data collection system being used before(American Encore) is not suitable for the present data collection requirements,such as real-time, expansibility, programmability, and so on. It can't do thereal-time data collection in the matter of fact. So it is necessitous to reform thedata collection system. In the real-time data collection system, the situation signal of the automobilein moving can be quickly, precisely, duly transported to center-control computer,and at the same time all kinds of control signals created in the computer betransported to simulator, which made it more vividly in the simulation process ofthe automobile drive simulator. To design the system, we have mostly done theresearches as following: 一,Section for the data collection card and timing card.Because of in order to realize the real-time data collection, the collectionrefreshment frequency of the input and output of the simulate data is be requiredto fast enough. At the same time, the accurate value of the steering wheelinstantaneous corner be showed on the optoelectric coder is required to be gotten,so the 16 bit I/O digital card which can input and output at the same time isneeded, but the in-being productions can not meet to our requests, so we need to III吉林大学硕士学位论文exploit it by ourselves. Synchronization in every systems is required by thesimulator, so the timing card must not only have the performance ofsynchro-clock input, but also can removed transport data without data distortion,so it is also exploited by ourselves. 二,By measurement, the drivers bored by thecollection card can not meet the requirement which must complete all thecollection to all the channels in 1ms the collection cycle of the system, so it needus to reexploit the driver, and the driver for the timing card and digital collectioncard designed by ourselves is also need to program. 三,Writing the real-timecontrol program running in user state, to make users more convenient, morequickly to visit the system hardware. In order to fulfill the above stated requirements by the data collection system,the following detailed research work and main conclusions have been made in thisdissertation: 1,The timing card and data collection card are developed by ourselves. Thevirtues of the timing card are: a.,the clock input source can be selected; b, thedifferent clock interrupt can be selected according to different clock source; c.,there are two interrupt sources on the board; d, the clock cycle can be fixed; e,the drive circuit having board load can remote transport the clock source signalwithout distortion, which favor synchronizing among many systems. The mainvirtue of data collection card is that it can read and write 16 bit data at the sametime, which based on ISA chief line. 2,We program all the drive of the collection boards that include timing card,data collection card, A/D collection card and D/A collection card.
