Design & Development On Enterprise Training System

This paper analyzes and studies the design and development on North China Petrochemical Branch Company of PetroChina (NCPBC) enterprise commercial college, studies and develops the NCPBC enterprise trainin system in both B/S and C/S modes, based on NCPBC human resource training.This paper introduces the human resource training based on network both in domestic and foreign, analyzes the NCPBC's requirements, and put forward the design of the NCPBC enterprise commercial college system, including the background, aim, purpose, development ways and techniques. It brings forward the database design based on the relation database theory, and discusses data integrality and transaction in database tables. This paper introduces object-oriented technology, .Net framework based and multimedia courseware technology to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the system design. It then discusses the general design, database design and function module design of the NCPBC enterprise commercial college system, describes the effect and environment of the system, and gives the plan of the system development plan.Finally this paper makes a summarization and gives some advice on system application.
