Firstly, the paper introduce the basic flow of Digital Circuit system design based on FPGA and the body content of RDSP (Radar Digital Signal Processing) . In chapter 2,the paper expatiate on the design method of digital Low-pass FIR filter used Window Function. Based on this, we study the method of design MTI and MTD. As a RDSP design engineer, we know that DPC is one of the most important parts of modern RDSP, so that, in chapter 3,the paper emphasizes to introduce the signal of LFM and PSK and how to use them to give birth to DPC signal.Cyclone series are low cost and based on 1.5V,0.13 um all-layer copper SRAM process FPGA IC. Cyclones are the first FPGAs to support decompression of configuration data. At last of the paper focuses on design of SD Converter based on EP1C6F256C6 FPGA IC chip of Altera Cyclone series and configure IC chip EPCS4.In Quartus II 4.0 , we can use VHDL and logic circuit diagram to design digital circuit .The design result indicated that not only the circuit is reliable but also the precision is very high via software and hardware emulation, and complete the design requires.
