Research Of E-Government Collaboration Data Interchanging Protocol

With the fast development of the new generation information technology represented by world wide web technology, the mankind has been entering a new network era. The government, as a dominant role of national economy has been improving its management and aggrandizing its services to promote the social advancement. E-government has become the main application of "information highway" advocated by all country. The aim of e-government is to optimize the model of operation, management and service by using network technology. The core of e-government framework is the interoperable platform, and every country has been researching and developing the platform and have made some achievements.Different from the original Official Automation, the e-government interoperable work platform emphasizes the interoperability, sharing of resource and coherence of interfaces. The platform acts as a bridge to link the "lonely data island" to the existing transaction processing system. Through building a serial of supporting platforms, existing transaction flows can conform to the data and we can actually realize the mechanism oriented to interoperability of official transaction. This thesis made deep research on electronic official documents interchanging.Based on the references in the country or abroad, and combined with the existing character of the domestic e-government system, this thesis The modeling of the procedure of E-documents exchanging ,the analysis of E-documents exchanging requirements ,the research ofE-documents exchanging prototype system.At the same time, this thesis has taken the security into account and put forward some solutions.The thesis focuses is compatible with the national standard , meanwhile ,it works better in shanghai situation. In the process of my research of the thesis, I also study the standard of Hangzhou and Shanzhen, which makes the protocol deeper and more comprehensive. What's more, in the end of my thesis, a prototype system is introdued which provides a environment for the application of E-Government Collaboration DataInterchanging Protocol.The work of this thesis is only a part of e-government interoperable transaction. E-documents interchanging should act in concert on the structure of interoperable work platform and the framework of softwares .More researches need to be done deeply on the basis of this thesis.
