The Design And Implementation Of OA System For Science And Technology Research Management

The project described in this thesis applied Object-Oriented system analyst and design software engineering method. The design aid, mission, and fundamental of research management office automatic system Internet-based is provide with research management business flow, data requirement and data gathering analyst, and database design theory is associated. This system made a logic model adaptable to university research management, and analyst the data flow and data structure, which the development is followed the guidance of completion, common, practical, advanced and open. A suite of method is given for research management office automatic system development. The system is based on Internet/Intranet technology, and the B/S and C/S structure is got. The large database and front development tool is employed. In this scheme, the network advantage is exerted fully, and we approach a topology-structure and application platform of university research management. We design and made a functional structure and information resource structure of university research management office automatic system, testing in North-East Normal University Science and Technology Division, resolved information management of the system overall. The project is based on gray theory and group decision theory, with the gray data support the database: projects history of stuff, articles, publications, outcomes, application efforts, patents, and human resource database of teachers, and the system provide the index of teachers' research assess, which could guide the research assess architecture and improvement the research assess work.
