Research And Realization Of Management Information System Based On Intranet

With the development of information technology and the rapid increasing of information, as well as the rapid development and widespread of internet, many enterprises have established their own intranet, since 1990S. In order to adapt to social development and to improve competitive power so as to remain in an invincible position, it is necessary to process various kinds of information efficiently and effectively. But the traditional management system cannot meet this need. Therefore, it is the most pressing matter of the moment for the enterprise to set up an advanced Management Information System. Under such circumstance, it appears to be vital important to explore a set of advanced pattern to develop Management Information System.The author, having analyzed and compared the current various related technology such as software development, software system structure and the develop platform of software, combined with the present development and future prediction, extracts and purifies a set of advanced software developing patterns, which use UML as modeling language to analyze the system, use the dot net as develop platform, use four layer B/S mode as the system structure and use SQL Server as database. In the program realization, the author also imports MVC designing thought dividing program into view, model and controller; the function of view is to communicate with customers; the function ofis to communicate with customers; the function of controller is to receive customers' demand and transmit to the model; the function of model is to realize business logic and data serve. It is beneficial for the reuse of software and the software maintenance.This paper, firstly introduces the concept and present situation of Management Information System as well as the main content, research significance and the research train of thought. Secondly it explains the related technology and then takes the development and realization of management system for postgraduates as an example to illustrate how to combine various .techniques. The paper places an emphasis on the system analysis based on UML use case and the database design, the paper also stresses the realization base on MYC design thought and the application of Transaction and Stored Procedure in this system. At last, the paper put forward the solution of web print and the measures of system security.
