Design And Implementation Of Archives Management System Based On Oracle Stored Procedure

Since the 21 st century,with the development of Internet and mobile Internet,the development of network technology and computer technology is gradually changing people's work and life style? Informationization has become the development trend of the new era,and leads the development of all walks of life.As one of the important national institutions,university's informatization construction and development is an inevitable road.However,information also brings a large number of electronic documents,which brought new challenge to university's archives management.Therefore,the development of a set can adapt to the information service of university archives management system has a great application value and practical significance.At present,most of the existing file management system cannot fully meet the needs of users.Slow response speed,complicated operation,hard to understand the function of the system,poor safety,these are defects of existing system.So effectiveness of archives management and confidentiality of user's identity cannot be guaranteed,cannot meet need of complex business process and maintenance and expansibility.In order to solve the above problems,a university archives management system based on Oracle stored procedure is proposed.Oracle stored procedures greatly enhances the flexibility and enables the use of flow control statements,with strong flexibility of achieving a more complex business logic.Stored procedures can not only guarantee integrity and secu rity of data,thereby enhance the confidentiality and security of file system while using Oracle stored procedures can reduce network overhead and improve network transmission efficiency.On the basis of technical studies,further analysis of the university archives management require ments,whereby the system architecture and database design,and implement an efficient r ecords management system.The system covers the archives,including the record level recorded in the inner volume file directory,import templates and other services,a s well as pre-filing audit department,file access,file use,file storage,file statistics and school translation functions.After rigorous testing,the system is operating normally functions as a file management information provides a good slip.By using Oracle stored procedures to optimize the performance of the program,the efficiency of data access is ensured under the circumstances of rapid increasing number of data files.Business logic is encapsulated in stored procedures,and the maintenance of the system is also good.Currently,the system works well and the design goal is achieved,business needs is meet too.
