| Along with the development of information technology in water resource industry, Sluice Automatic Monitoring System is attracted more and more attention. In order to adapt to the requirement of sluice control in our country, the significance for increasing benefit and quickening modern degree of resource industry is discussed.In this paper, Firstly the main advanced technologies used in Sluice automatic monitoring system are discussed, included distributed control system (DCS), Fieldbus, industrial Ethernet and Programming Logic Controller (PLC). On the basis of these analyze, combined with the advantages of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) is designed on the Sluice automatic monitoring system and the design principle of the system with functional analyzing are brought forward. Secondly the design and application of sluice monitoring and control configuration software and hardware is introduced. At last by analyzing the method of canal water level control, the paper analyzes controlling characteristic of canal water level system is nonlinear, time-varying and time-lagging. It is difficult to establish the precise mathematical model..So the traditional control methods can not work but it would be successful to apply fuzzy control strategy in canal water level. At the same time, applied software MATLAB is used to simulate the water controller. The output shows that the system is stable and the result is satisfied. |
