The Geometric Error Analysis Of SPOT 5 Image Based On The Computer Simulation Technique

The remote sensing image will be distorted in the course of acquiring, influenced by many factors. All the factors interweave together, making the error complicated. In the traditional mathematic method, the variables cannot be related to any physical element of the image acquisition geometry. So the true law of the error cannot be showed.A new method, computer simulation technique was applied in SPOT 5 error analyzing in this thesis. The emphases of this thesis:The rigorous imaging model of SPOT 5 image was established based on the look direction vector of each CCD pixel using computer technique.Error model was established with the computer simulation technology under the condition of many factors and complex relation After systemic experiment and analysis, some special distortion laws of SPOT 5 image have been obtained.
