Based on rigorous coupled-wave analysis method,this paper first introduce its theory principle and then based on Maxwell equations,Fourier transmission for grating region was made according to Maxwell equations.Put forward a modeling analysis about two different types of periodic material which figures out the reflection efficiency of one-dimensional periodic structure aluminum grating and silicon grating under variable rules by using Matlab simulation.We analysis on TE/TM-polarization and at normal incident condition with various value of incident angles,grating period,grating thickness,and Fourier orders.We also compare the different reflection efficiency under TE-polarzation and TM-polarzation to propose various reflection properties between aluminum grating and silicon grating.The effect of complex reflective index acting on the reflection efficiency of periodic grating material is also discussed,explains the vary of real part and imaginary part in complex refractive index can alter reflection efficiency.The result shown in this paper has theoretical value and reference significance on the research of reflective efficiency and periodic grating material modeling analysis.
