Wireless CRM System Based On Web Services

Wireless technology has been developing rapidly both in china and abroad recently. With the application of wireless technology, information can be transmitted in much higher speed regardless of the limit of location and time. A wireless CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with good expansibility and flexibility is built in this thesis, which can promote enterprise employees' enthusiasm and efficiency by providing them with a locomotive work condition, hereby increase the customers' contentment as well as making much more profits for the enterprises.In this paper, wireless technology is applied in the CRM System, which makes system and related information accessible at any time and any place timely and quickly as well as reducing operating time. Meanwhile, Web Services technology is used to make the system independent of platform and achieve relax coupling, and the simplicity, integrity and reusability of the system are improved.Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of system functions, the system structure, database, business logic layer and user interface layer are designed. Secondly, each module in the design is realized with Visual Studio.net. Finally, the completed system is tested. For the wireless equipments are not so good as common PCs in processing, displaying and interacting, B/S structure is used in the design and realization of the system to reduce the amount of memory and computation, and some special techniques such as equipment customization, shortcut key are adopt in user interface layer. To improve the efficiency and reliability of the system. Web Services is optimized using technique such as data buffering, asynchronous transfer and security criterion.
