| The centralized monitoring system on communication and navigation equipments adopts computer and network technology to remote watch and control the communication, navigation, radar, accessorial facility, and device room environment equipments which are installed in different region. This system can watch and control all devices real time, so the failure of devices will be detected and repaired in time. At last, the communication navigation devices service themselves. The monitoring system consists of data collectors, multiple unit equipments, network physics links, the centralized monitoring software and display units. In this system, Computer network technology, network communication technology, automatically detect technology are adopted, all parameters of the devices are digitized. The network of the system adopts TCP/IP protocol. All the devices are connected to the network and all the devices' parameters are monitored by the system. The parameter collectors for analogue devices adopt double isolation and embedded configuration, so the system will not interfere the normal running devices which are monitored. In addition, the parameter collector also has the anti-jamming ability. The system equips self-monitoring management program, The SNMP is used for monitoring the network, all that will keep the system to run reliably all the time. In this paper, the monitoring and control of the communication and navigation equipments in CAAC Southwest Air Traffic Management Bureau Cheng Du are analyzed in detailed, the functions of this system are defined, the design of the hardware, centralized monitoring software and network are given, as well as the system configuration and all the equipments to be monitored in allstations. |
