Research And Implementation Of Settlement System For E-Learning

Along with the computer network technology development, e-Learning had the rapid development. However, because of the limitation of traditional accounting strategy and payment style, e-Learning encountered obstacle in interscholastic settlement, real-time accounting and real-time settlement. Therefore, e-Learning urgently need one kind of new accounting strategy and payment style to solve above problems.In this paper, we research and design a Settlement System for e-Learning based on the requirements of the e-Learning. This system is different with the former e-Learning platform, will be located between bank, network teaching system and school finance system, provide accounting with settlement service for application systems.The Settlement System for e-Learning mainly contains four sub-systems: the accounting sub-system, the settlement sub-system, the data acquisition interface and the universal fund settlement interface. Based on the research of related technologies, three models for our system are built: the user model, the hardware frame model and the software model. This project is the National Key Technologies R&D Program - " Network Education Techniques and Exampled Project "'s sub-project, this system were implemented in Tsinghua University Remote Education System which is now in service smoothly now.
