Widely using modern information system technology makes accounting information processing and business more convenient with the rap id development of network information.For instance,accounting business process becomes more automatic,helping companies organize the managing and financial information,and providing comprehensive and seasonable information for the enterprise internal a nd external users.Collecting financial and financial related information for the finance system and making information fast and easy found;therefore,using this system could reduce the financial period and help financial staff works more efficiently.This article takes the financial department offline settlement of jumei.com as a prototype.By analyzing the financial settlement and payment process of the financial department,system has been divided into the basic data module,the payable module,the payment module and the verification module.The basic data module is the database provides function of financial settlement.The payable sheet module provides the account payable and the actual payment corresponding information for financial documents,account payables,payment details to a detailed record of each business and settlement,provides query and statistics for the subsequent accounting treatment of auxiliary function.The payment sheet module is a proof of payment for the finance to record detailed payment information with each merchant.The verification sheet module is used to help the general ledger accountant to write off debts according to the payable sheet and payment sheet that have been generated.In addition,this paper introduces and analyze s the key of technology problems and design problems,in order to draw lessons from relevant experiences while doing similar work.System development uses a common B/S form.In this article,while solving specific UI interface problems that come from the development process should use Swing,picture processing,double cache and other key techniques.JAVA language is the core language in this system,and Eclipse(an open source for system development)uses JAVA language under the condition of a scalable plat form in the Linux operating system.Choosing SQL Server as the database since it has good scalability and a high degree of integration with other software in the relational database management system.
