As a part of the National Key Technologies Research and Development Program during the 10th Five-Year Plan Period, E-learning Key Technologies and Demonstration Projects are software system of E-learning with independent intellectual property right of our country. It's important to develop a network settlement system which can solve financial automatization in E-learning. A real-time billing and payment system is realized in the existing work that has discussed billing method, payment mode and payment protocol. But the existing system has some limitation, such as lacking system management, manual settlement and the difficult to integration in E-learning. Referring to current research results, the author presents an auto-settlement and self-management design plan, and then realizes it in E-learning.The specific works mainly include:l Transplantation and expansion of the online real-time payment system. According to the standard of E-learning integration, payment process is modified and the system is transplanted to a new data platform.l The realization of the automatic settlement and 'cash at bank' reconnaissance, reducing the human intervention for payment system and implementing the complete automation.l Multifunctional management module, including automatic audit by logging in detail and a stable exception diagnosis and handles module which can report emergency exception to the administrators in time.l Adopting data interchange technology that is irrelevant to the platform and language to implement integration with other application sub-systems of E-learning. After analyzing the processing flow of data interchange based on SOAP, a method of improving system performance is referred.l The implementation of automatic unit test based on JUnit. JUnit is useful in software engineering and helps to reduce workload. The settlement system is proved practicable and reliable by the following function and performance test.
