Research On Application Mode Of Blockchain Technology In Accounting

Blockchain technology is one of the representative technologies of science technology innovation in the new era.It has the technical features such as distributed ledgers,collective maintenance database,non-tamperable records,traceability,and smart contracts.Blockchain started from digital currency and financial industry,gradually integrating into various industries.In order to make blockchain technology play a higher role in the social economy,the good application of blockchain in the accounting industry is a necessary supporting guarantee.This paper studies the application model of blockchain technology in accounting.First this paper studies the case of Luckin Coffee 's financial fraud,and analyzes its possible accounting problems and internal control vulnerabilities.The excellent features of blockchain technology can be a new technical method to solve the financal fraud and accounting information problems,achieving the improvement of accounting information quality and the development of the accounting.Next,this paper builds an accounting information system that integrates blockchain technology and other emerging technologies,discusses the types of blockchains and cross-chain technologies that can be applicable to the accounting.This paper uses blockchain to conduct reliable accounting settlement,takes revenue and expense confirmation for example to discuss how to utilize blockchain technology to improve accounting confirmation,improve accounting measurement.A three-way bookkeeping method that includes economic behavior records is established in this paper,providing a more comprehensive and multi-dimensional realtime accounting report then.Through the improvement of the accounting processes based on blockchain technology,a paradigm change in accounting will be carried out to help enhance the reliability and relevance of accounting information,achieving industryfinance integration.At the same time,this paper discusses the application mode of blockchain technology in enterprises' internal control.By analyzing the relevant laws and directions of internal control,it is pointed out that blockchain technology can be applied in the internal audit,external audit and industry supervision of enterprises based on better accounting settlement.The features of traceability,smart contracts,and quasi-anonymity of blockchain technology can improve the internal control standard,reduce the risk of financial fraud and further obtain high-quality accounting information.In addition,this paper also analyzes the potential risks of the application model of blockchain technology in the accounting which is raised above,pointing out that there are still problems in technology,market and legal supervision during the integration of blockchain technology and accounting.Thus,top-level design,macro policies,marketing stimulus,legislation and regulatory guarantees should be strengthen in order to improve the application model of blockchain in the accounting.Finally,this paper summarizes and prospects the application of blockchain technology in the accounting,and proposes that blockchain technology can further play a role in management accounting.incorporates the management accounting control system using blockchain technology into enterprises.The management accounting control system that uses blockchain technology for further data analysis is incorporated into the company's broader accounting information system.The technology ecosystem which including blockchain technology helps managers and employees make better decisions,evaluate performance more efficiently,and predict economic prospects from an accounting perspective,then can ultimately achieve better accounting work and a more prosperous social economy.
