The Research Of An Application Specific PRN

Because of the requirement of fixed network infrastructure, the use of Cell Mobile Communication System is limited in some environments which has no network infrastructure but still need communication service, such as tunnels , disaster relief scene, battle field. In this thesis, we discussed a Packet Radio Network which is designed specially for the need of temporary communication in tunnels and other environments like tunnels, and this communication system has the Self-Organization feature like Ad Hoc network.First, the background of this research project, the summarization and feature of this system, and the prospect of this application are introduced in this thesis.In the second section, the design principle of the communication protocol and the architecture of the protocol designed specially for our system are described.And then, this thesis described the protocols of each layer and their different functions in detail. The content include the protocols of MAC layer and LLC layer, the routing algorithm of network layer and the network protocol based on the routing algorithm, the application function protocol. The routing algorithm and application function protocol are the main content of this section.In the following part of this thesis, we briefly introduced the hardware and software of our system.Finally, the author summarized the work he have done during the research of this project and discussed some possible method and ideas to improve the performance of our communication system.
