Research And Development Of Voice Data Acquisition & Release System Based On CTI

It is very important to acquire and release information in our daily work, but now it still relies on manpower to respond phone calls. Some trivial works such as telephone informing, voice information investigation all need system of interactive voice information acquisition and Release.With the trends of computer and telecommunication infiltration more and more, Computer Telecom Integration (CTI) makes great progress .Now CTI has been widely used in Post, telecommunications, banking, insurance, securities business, police, transportation, civil aviation and other services. Call Center, the most important application of CTI technology, supports not only telephone, but also almost all kinds of contact means including fax, Web, Email, WAP, SMS and so on, Although some enterprises have developed Interactive Voice Respond (IVR) system, but it relies on the application environment strongly and can't be widely used. The task of this paper is to develop a practical system that can compensate above-mentioned drawbacks. The main job is to establish a voice flow generator, adopting B/S frame. It can be utilized to construct satisfied voice flow that can acquire and release voice data.In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the application area and abstracts the concept of voice flow stencil, and sums up three aspects of its applying: telephone informing,voice information investigation and information prosecution, then describes the process of designing a voice flow generator including voice flow stencil's configuration, instantiation and access information's statistic. Finally, the design and realization of CTI is analyzed.Based on specialty, the author keeps to the idea of software engineering. The part of voice flow info management is developed on platform of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET which is newly released by Microsoft Corporation, voice flow content is organized and stored by XML format and the part of CTI is developed by Visual Studio C++ 6.0.It indicates that the system has strong robust and practicability through practice. The voice info Acquire & Release system is efficient. But there are also some shortages in the system during using, it need to be further improved.
