China Telecom QChat Voice Intercom Service Design And Research

In recent years,with the development of economy and the progress of the society,the mobile Internet and voice communications technology have become the essential elements of people's lives,people pay more attention to work efficiency and quality of life,voice intercom with its flexibility,convenience and shortcut information communication advantages has been widely applied,in rail,hospitals,business,communication,social,and other fields,the growing demand for voice intercom.In this background,China telecom in order to strengthen the intimate relationship between leadership and staff,improve work and efficiency between different departments,hoping to develop a group focuses on the relationship and the public group voice intercom applications in the future;By China telecom support positive efforts to cooperate with all departments,in finally QChat voice intercom has been introduced based on the application of China telecom.First of all,in the beginning of the thesis introduces the current situation and development trend of voice intercom,at the same time puts forward the design research background,significance,content and process,determine the final design of the basic direction.Secondly,this paper introduces the project background of the China telecom QChat voice intercom,and combined with related products competing goods analysis,find out the advantages and disadvantages of these products,find the innovation of the design points,as well as related products can't meet the demand of users.Through the project design of preliminary design requirements analysis,research analysis of the target user,determine the final design target and the framework.Again,through the research of user and competitor analysis demand,combined with the relevant design concept,and determine the basic framework of information products,functional modules and interface products for both single-player and multiplayer talkback,according to the product information architecture and function module design,determine the final product interface design in detail.Finally,this paper discusses the implementation of the product and process engineering.Mainly include: front-end development stage needs to handle the exception,and quality testing process and principle.
