Wenzhou Telecom Local Network Voice Platform Integration Transformation

It gears the traditional voice-based Information Services platform to a new multimedia-integrated Information Service platform and extends vitality of Voice Information Services. Introduction of the new platform capable of providing a virtual network element leasing operation makes the system integration project easier and expands industry application market development through the Virtual Call Center leasing business. This paper is about Wenzhou Telecom's local network transformation project of Voice Information Service platform integration practice with exploring relevant solutions, design, analysis and summing up. It analysis some of the key issues and difficulties with related solutions. Such as positioning the relationship of network Architecture between the provincial platform and local platform makes a resource sharing network solutions. After transformation, how to achieve the real-time Billing for prepaid phone users in the new system and how to set non-voice user accounting model to meet that.
