Study On Web Opinion Supervision And Its Standard Management

The web, as the forth media, the years of 2003, which is called 'the starting year of web public opinion', as well as 2004, is doomed to be a special time and worth being recorded for us. This thesis will analyze some important questions about web public opinion through assaying some examples of web public opinion in the epochs from 2003 to the beginning of 2004, and try to give some advices about how to standardize and administer the web opinion in the opening circumstance. This article discusses the internet media and internet communications with all it three parts. The first part overviews the background starting with the introduction of the characters of internet media. It also analyses the characters, superiority and the meaning of existence of internet public opinion supervisement. Based on the first part, the next one introduces the actual situation of the supervisement through internet in china, including the differences between supervisement through internet and through traditional media, the way of internet supervisement, and worries caused by this kind of supervisement. The third part is focused on solving the problems presented in the former two parts. The measures include: to regularize internet supervisement, to balance the social responsibility and commercial benefits of internet media; to enhance the self-control of media and to improve the skills of supervisement.
