Designing And Achieving Of Mobile Communication Data Services Of Streaming Media Order Management System

With the fast development of mobile communication technology ,Management Information system of VOD has become the focus of telecom service ,which is combination of voice service and data service, It is an effective implementation of mobile communication video information management system , with the more and more widely developing of computer network and multi-media technology .This paper has introduced the core parts of using streaming transport by computer network to realize mobile data services video- on –Demand order management system ,the management Information System of VOD is an important part of VOD systerm,the protocol is one of the most important parts .This system also has high value and bright future in application of this kind of system.High-speed network support streaming service, Use high-efficient terminal and system to launch the essential condition of the high- quality service smoothly on the basis of high-speed network,streaming transport protocol include three kinds: Real-time Transport Protocol: It is a transport protocol for the streaming dataflow on Internet that RTP is used for.Real-time Transport Control Protocol, RTCP and RTP offers the flow controlled and congested control service, using with RTCP, It can optimize transmission efficiency by effective feedback and minimum expenses.3.RealTime Streaming Protocol, it has defined that how did one pair of application program conveyed the the multimedia data through IP network effectively. RTSP above the RTP and RTCP in system structure, it uses TCP or RTP to finish data transmission Mobile communication streaming data service have three kinds of typical service modes: on-demand, play directly,download.The VOD managemet System in this paper can realize three kinds of service.This System that we studies is a VOD data managemnet system based on RTP , This system is suitable for the LAN and WAN,streaming server receiving the streaming request and anser. Establish the conversation.streaming file save in database server.The WEB server apply video on demand .clients apply Config Mangement,User management, media-server management file.a person login client, who has corresponding authorities, The client can establish the conversation to server,send request and receive the streaming flow from server,play the video data on line .The System According to the different of user or classify of programe , system can charge and offer the corresponding service automatically.This paper has introduced the technology of SOCKET the terminology and multithreading programming,then introduced the terminology and syntax of streaming transport protocalRTP/RTCP and RTSP. The VOD management system save the information,programe information, charging information in database .it realize streaming order on demand management. TO the improvement of the service quality , provide the optimized dynamic regulation algorithms of the buffer area.
