It is difficult to avoid some projects are developed repeatedly in low level. This wastes some resources. Technicians belong to deferent departments. There is some difficult for communication each other. Mass of them are not used well for the lack of the united technicians administrative platform."IT Resource Management System" achieved functions covers of project register, project approve, project stage examine, project check and accept, project search, project spread, project file management, members evaluation, technician management, train management, assess management, person search, software and hardware management and so on. There are 20 tables created in the database, 18 functions, 44 classes in the data access layer and the business logic layer, above 30 objects in the representation layer. The use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram and function definitions are drawn. They are all accord with the regulation of UML 1.5 specifications. Full object-oriented model technique is the base stone of software module reuse. The integrated object makes it easy to decompose the workload of development in the members.System emphasizes the safe control. Every only manages own information, he can't change others data. The information shares in the controlled extent. The records include owner, group and other groups. Every group has the read, write and modify privilege. The system is easily configured. The modules are easily customized. Every module has access control. The login person only uses approved function. The system is easily customized.I master the object-oriented model technique using UML. Regular use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams are created. They make the members clear to the characteristics of the system in the design stage. The members develop all of classes according to the models in the programming stage.Full object-oriented model technique is used. The object's inheritance and the method's multiplicity enhance the ability of the object reuse. The software module is reused at the max extent. At the same time, The integrated object makes it easy to decompose the workload of development in the members. The system update and maintenance are simple. It is only to modify the class. If the public attributes and methods aren't changed, the modification can't influence the run of the system.Software configure management is important in the collaborative development. In the development procedure, software configure management technique is used to achieve the collaborative development in the members of the team. Visual Source Safe is used as the configure management tool. It achieved the code share and version control in the collaborative development procedure. Because the VSS is simple and easy to operate, the members adapt the collaborative development environment in the short time. The solution solves the problem how to develop the software in the team. The management method is very useful for the collaborative development later.The system development costs 3 months. I am the manager of the system. There are 3 programmer in the team. The system is used in 60 sub-deptments. It run about 1 month. The system solves the management problem. It produces favorable benefits of economy and of society.
