| With the rapid development of computers, technology of information has been widely used in various fields of enterprises to raise greatly the efficiency and guality of operation and the service level and essentially to strengthen the competitive power of enterprises in the market. In this situation, as a main dealer of communication service of the city, the Changchun Communication Co., which has made much progress in the utilization of information, must be built up into a 'digitaliaed enterprise' through the construction of a comprehersive computerized information net.In studying, the theory and methods of comstructing a multiple information net should be combined with the practical productive work and a plan of construction, which conforms the requirements of company's devolopment, be worked out; while carrying out the plan, revision should be made to reform some working flows which are inconformity with the requirements. In an orderly way to construct such an information net, the living and development of the company has been realized finally. Therefore, to construct such an information net is an important foundation and an inevitable way for company's existence and expansion. To begin with analysis of present conditions of the company, to find out problems, and the way to solve them. Under the guidence of theory, to apply the gualitave and guantitative analyses to prove the feasibility and to determine the technologycal methods in connection with the reality of manpower, fingnce and materiat for the construction of the comprehensive computerized infornation net of Changchun Communication Co.. The main results in the study are as follows:Through studing the foreign and domestic proffesional datum concerned, I hold that in essence enterprise's information net process is to build up a system which can be in Tapid response to the outer various changing situation and to raise the level of management and the efficiency of operation of the enterprise, directly. At present, there are three proffesional nets of computerized production and other application, i.e., the project management net, the operation and maintenance net and the '97' project net. However, the three nets fail to establish good connections with each other resulted in blocked and unclear flow of information and lack of mutual information sharing making them isolated 'islands' of information. This situation leads to lower level of management of the enterprise, short of sectional co-operation, unable to form rapid response capability to face the intense market competition. In the productive operation of the enterprise, because of insufficient information flow between the supporting platforms often restrict the rising of the productive efficiency. In enterprise's business, the later feed-back of information of business income, financial report form and business analysis and some datum with lower reliability bring inconvenience to the higher-level leader to determine business policy or anjust methods in business and sometimes even lead to error. The comperhemsive computerized information net is one which is capable of practicing menagement in production, business, net, information and vocational work and supporing policy determination. As a department for information carrying flow, an enterprise of communication must have strong capability for information management naturally, to face the opening market of communication and fierce competition, building up a rapid-response system to realize the low-cost expansion and differentiated business. The construction of the comprehensive computerized information net of Changchun Comunication Co. is a gret neet for present situation and enterprise's living and development.Four respects in the construction of the comprehensive computerized information net are to be considered: requirements for functional application; technology of information and communiction, safety, management and maintenance.
