The Design And Implement Of Service Layer Management System Based On J2EE

With the working up of the telecom opening trade complexion, the management pattern has switched from pattern that looking on network to one that looking on customers. How to make use of the network resource fully, how to provide the customers with the better services and how to cut down the management working cost now has become the key to find a good market. As a network management system that can control, maintenance, manage the services centering in one place, it provide the service provider with interface between basal functions and management functions that service customers and service providers needed. It can also help the service providers to provide with better services and to cut down the management costs.Through analyzing the model and criterion of the TMN, the paper build a frame for a telecom network services management system on the base of J2EE platform which specialize in distributed system. In the paper, modules of the system are marked off, the interfaces between module and module schemed out, the way to implement the key parts of the system are also analyzed. The operation flows of modules are designed with UML class diagram and sequence diagram in the paper too. At last we get a TMN service management system. The system not only provide the functions to manage the leased circuit service, optimize the process of the leased circuit service, make better use of the network resource, build up the service customers' virtual private network, support service provider provide service customer with the individual management of network resource belong to oneself, but also keep up the extensible characteristic and exoteric characteristic.
