Facing new competitions in markets, modern corporations can no longer keepcompetitiveness by either high quality or low price of their products. Keeping theresources of customers becomes the key point in marketing decisions.Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) is an enterprise softwaresystem that realizes the functions of customer resource management. CRMS, which isbased on the theory of customer relationship management, is a platform offering thefunctions of automatic customer information management and decision-makingassistance. It increases the loyalty and satisfaction of customers by simplifying flowsbetween the corporations and their customers, and makes more concentrations on therequirements of customers.Though there are many CRMS products in the market, the products from famousinternational providers are always with larger implemented scales and higher prices.The other products from internal providers are always developed for small cases, whichare lacking of universal and open functions.This paper aims at the CRM requirement from medium and small-sizedmanufacturing enterprises. Starting from the business features of CRM, it tries to built awhole model of CRMS, to make a blueprint of the design, and then to describe theprocedure of the actualizationStarting from describing the technique for the developing of CRMS, the paperintroduces J2EE system structure, J2EE module technique, UML modeling technique,and discusses the system structure, functions, design principle and design methods. Thispaper also describes how to execute the detailed requirement analysis and built thesystem model by using the UML tools, and introduces the system model andrelationship of all the objects in details. At last it describes the procedure of systemactualization in MVC model.
