The Research Of Telecommunication Operation Support System

Now,there are many challenges and chances for telecommunication network operators,the number and kinds of customers and services grow so fast that the service system and management system also grow and are going to be complicated.OSS can resolve the problems,which make all the system cooperate with each other.There are three aspects included in the paper: the application area of Java APIs; what kinds of tools and technologies will be used; the realization of OSS based on J2EE, EJBsand XML.First,the paper discuss the Java APIs in the OSS ,analyze and summarize the relationships between the 15 modules based on the TMForum's TOM and customer care module each other.Then, the paper discuss why we choose Java.J2EE and XML technologies to realize OSS.At last,I realize OSS based on Java.J2EE and XML technologies,and what I discuss emphasize on how to use JVT Session Bean to operate on managed entities. So,now we get a complete telecommunication operation support system.
