Research Of Quality Control Information System Based On ISO9000

The establishment of advanced quality management information system, is an important foundation to carry out enterprises' quality management efficiently. In modern enterprise quality management, it has been the passport of international market to get the certification of ISO 9000 . And the 2000 editions of IS09000 encourages adopting process method in establishing, enforcing as well as improving its validity to increase customers' satisfaction through satisfying customers' requirement. In consideration of enterprise informative and on the base of deep understandability of the " process method ", this paper puts forward the quality management model based on process method according to the present situation of IS09000: 2000 implement. It also establishes a model for this system and develops IS09000 process-based quality management information system. This provides an affect method to introduce quality system for medium-sized and pint-sized manufacture corporations. In addition, the method of recognizing the mode of quality control chat is improved with neural network. A new neural network based on competition network is founded, in order to judge the basic modes of the control chat.
