Agenda-setting Towards Intercourse--The Dimension Of The Game Theory

The game theory be used in this thesis, this paper regards the media, public and policy as the congregation of many individual. The different congregation affects each other in the setting course. It is the most important strategy that pay different degree attention on different events. Individual agenda would be set when individual attention reached a balance or got much mapping points. The nature of the agenda-setting is the distribution of the attention. In the other words, it is the strategy for distributing the resources of the attention. Through managing the attention media, public and policy agency play the game. As a result, the game formed a balance and the fmial agenda be set.The payoffs of game rest on that the game of agenda-setting is the cooperation game or non-cooperation game. And the key of formation of the corporation depend on whether the rules of game can be compromised or not. So it is necessary that the parties negotiate the rules under the communicative action, and repeat the games governed by the rules, and gradually optimize the outcome of the game; and rationalize the rules.
