Industry production measurement system as a crucial tool to realize production quality management is attracting more and more attention from modern manufacturing enterprises. As to multinational corporations, their refrigerators are sold everywhere in the world, where climate conditions are various in many aspects such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind power, wind direction and so on. Refrigerators sold in different areas should guarantee normal function and every performance indices should be reached. Therefore, in order to develop new all-weather refrigerators, the original computer measurement systems in the refrigerator-performance measurement laboratory should be renewed and transformed. Besides, a set of computer automatic adjustment closed-loop system simulating typical climate environment should be constructed. To this end, Haier refrigerator-factory proposes a measurement and control software system based on typical climate simulation. All the refrigerators receive quality measurement in this simulation lab and only those which can work well will be put on the market.This paper discusses the development of simulated typical climate laboratory. Based on different climate feature in different areas, the temperature, humidity, air pressure and wind direction in the lab are adjusted automatically to ensure that it always meets with the designated control model. Under different climate, the refrigerator' quality is measured. Our system connects the temperature sensor in the refrigerator with the computer through the temperature meter, where the temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the refrigerator, the computer periodically gather dada from the temperature meter, then analyze and store the data, drawing temperature curves of different sensors or average curves. The power meter is connected with the refrigerator and the computer where the computer draws power curves of the refrigerator. Communication is realized through IEEE488 and its serial interface. This paper introduces the design and implement method, the key technique and algorithm of refrigerator measurement.
