High Temperature Superconduction Maglev Measurement System is a kind of main test system for offering experiment data, in order to study high temperature superconduction magnetically levitated train. Based on the SCML-01 High Temperature Superconduction Maglev Measurement System, the superconduction laboratory of Southwest Jiaotong University developed the SCML-02 special test instrument. The SCML-02 is required to perfect its test function, and optimize system structure. It provided better abundant and reliable data for studying the HTSC train.The research of this paper is based on SCML-02 HTSC Measurement System. The main work is as follows:In the chapter one, the significance and purpose of HTSC Measurement System research are introduced. The latest development and research content of this paper are presented.In the chapter two, the general design of the measurement system and hardware structure are discussed. Performance of DAQCard NI-6036E and Motion Control NI-7344 is introduced detailedly.Software design of the system is gived importantly in the chapter three. Firstly, modular structure of the system and software platform LabWindows/CVI are introduced. Then user interface design is gived. Finally, the system is required to solved several problem: 1) Utilizing RTSI to accomplish synchronization between motion control and data acquisition. It improves measurement precision and accuracy in motion;2)Real-time data acquisition with multi-thread technology and taking creating task enhance utilization of CPU;3) Utilizing curve fitting fordata processing. It improves measurement precision, and meets demand of the system.In the chapter four, reliability is analysed in the system. It is necessary to take effective measures to inhibit interfere in either hardware or software.Experimental result of levitation force and guidance force is gived in the chapter five. It proves reasonableness and reliability for design of the measurement system, and declares highprecision of system.In the end the paper draws some conclusions. It lists many of problem unsolved and predicts the development of the brand.
