Soft Measurement Of Oil Products In Extract Atmospheric Plant

Soft measurement technology can be used to measure those very important variables which are not able or difficult to be measured due to technical and economical reasons at present time, can be used to make status estimation, diagnose, trend analysis and etc for measured objects. Enterprises can gain huge economical and social benefits by using this technology.Soft measurement for quality of oil products in extract atmospheric plant has been implemented and put into use based on combination of soft measurement technology, process simulation technology, artificial neural technology and data base with the platform of inference quality software from ASPEN.First in this article it is explained the target and meaning of this project, explained status in the field of soft measurement technology, and introduced software of process simulation, artificial neutral network and technology related to data processing and database.Then based on practice of the project it is introduced design of process management and operation directing system in extract atmospheric tower and design of project database. Emphasized introduction is paid to implementation of soft measurement for quality of oil products in extract atmospheric tower. The result of application is analyzed.Summary of the work and achievement is made finally.
