With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standard, more and more people show interest in the tourism characterized by recreation and sightseeing and the exhibition hall, museum, display building of culture education, trade fair characterized by information of science and technology and human culture. The electrolysation and intelligentization of the look around and tour service are the developing direction of improving the service.In the past, the hierophant explicates for people in tour area, the exhibition hall and the museum. But many hierophants can use only one language. Their work is boring and their work's quality can't be ensured. In particular, the audience or tourists may not hear the commentary clearly when there are many tourists and several hierophants. So, it is very necessary to design a intelligent wireless system to replace hierophant. It can not only save manpower and enhance benefit but also ensure explication work's equality.Intelligent wireless explication system is mainly made up of two parts: wireless area distinguishing system and the digital speech record and play system based on embedded technology. This thesis main deals with the latter. The digital speech record and play system is made up of record system and hand play system.Firstly, this thesis analyses the character of the speech signal, discusses the basic working principle of the digital speech record and play system. Based on that, this paper puts forward the design requirement of the digital speech record and play system and the blue print for it, and describes the work flow of it.Secondly, this thesis discusses hardware design, whose control core is MSP430 MCU. The Recorder System is made up of MCU, the channel for speech in and the channel for speech out, Flash memory, LCD and control circuit. The hand play system is made up of MCU, the channel for speech out, flash memory and control circuit.Thirdly, this thesis discusses software design for the digital speech record and play system. The main work of software design is the design of MCU program, including the design of the whole workflow of the record system and the hand play system and the design of the part work flow of keyboard, key, flash memory and display. This paper discusses the two key technologies in detail: the file system and communication between two computers. Then, it shows the design scheme.At last, this thesis records the results of experiments on the important parts in thedigital speech record and play system and the whole system work's performance, which shows that the digital speech record and play system works properly and meets the system design requirement.
