There are enormous commercial potentials in SMS market. SMS provides not only new service increase for China Mobile to win over in service but also better service content to stimulate subscribers' consume desire.Roam short message is a typical initiative service for roam mobile subscribers. When a subscriber roam to an area, the local network operator will send warm compliments to him at once. There are many benefits for mobile operators to adopt initiative roam short message service. Such as structure of kernel system, inner SMS platform ,WAP service platform ,query service of integrated information, influence to current network and the suggestions of alteration etc.
