Research On The Security Of Application Software System In Electronic Government

In the early days of 1990's, accompanied by the prevailing of network , using it to handling government affaires, improving government administration visualization, have already become common ground in the government all over the world, hence, electronics government, the new-born business emerge with the tide of the times. In the past ten years, electronic government is quickly to get broadly applied in all countries. For the few years of effort, our country's electronic government system has been developed quickly and has been widely prevailed in many department, such as Public Security authority, Business and Commerce department, and etc. This provide an new method for people to in touch with government authorities, and received very good results. But, accompanied by the convenience of the electronic government, its security is concerned by more and more people. The reason is that, nowadays, using pilferage legal power, illegal broken etc to invade the electronics government system have already become the hack's main methods.Along with these sabotage activities is the increasing governmental and social economic loss. How to exploit the electronic government's convenience, at the same time, gurarantee the system's safety with defend the damage, have already become all the countries government must be faced social problem. This thesis set out from practice, depends on a system which the author has been attended, deeply analyzed the security requirements of Application Software System in Electronic Government and the main threats which the system faced, technologically bring up the strategies and an solution related to the system. It points out the problem which lies in file security management of e-govemment system, and also points out that the security management should go into file management of e-government, then design the security management of information system file in district-level administration service center, In this process, we come from file category, establish the primitive model, give a solid foundation for file security management, then designed the basic database, put up the data structure, and bring about a specific algorithm, carry out the security management of administration information file system, and ultimately carry out the security of e-government system.
