After years of construction, the E-government system construction in China has made great achievements, but there are some serious and common problems, such as the low utilization rate of resources and information isolated island phenomenon. E-government cloud has great advantage in reducing cost, improving deployment efficiency and promoting information sharing and business collaboration, and it is the future development direction of China’s e-government. However, the cloud computing’s features such as virtualization, open, intensive, large-scale bring e-government new information security risks and the security issue has become the biggest obstacle to the further development of e-government cloud. This paper studies the key security problems from level and data aspects in the system, and design two kinds corresponding E-government cloud information security framework, and design technology schema aiming at the two key problems in the security framework from data aspect. The paper has certain directive significance and application value to the construction of information security of e-government cloud.This paper studies the present problems and demands of further development of e-government system, affirming that the E-government cloud is the key point of E-government development in the future, but the security problem is the biggest obstacle to the development of e-government cloud, and analyses the main challenges. Then it researches the architecture of e-government cloud and studies the key problems of e-government cloud system from two angles:level and data and give a information security framework respectively. Finally, basing on the specific characteristics of e-government cloud, this paper further studies the remote data integrity authentication and access control problems, and designs the integrity verification scheme and access control scheme of e-government cloud system.The main contribution of this paper is, first of all, it design the e-government cloud information security framework from the two angle of level and data; secondly, it analysis one of the key technologies namely data integrity verification requirements in data information security framework, and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of existing integrity verification scheme and designs a integrity verification scheme which support the third party verification, support data update operation, can resist possible cheating from server, and can improve the verification efficiency; finally, this paper puts forward T-RBAC model with the sequential control and combination of authorized, to solve the access control problems generated by the needs of data sharing and protection of privacy.
