The Embedded Web Camera Based On Internet

Along with the development of embedded technology and expand of Internet, the traditional camera is combined with technology of network. It comes into being the new general camera-embedded web camera.In this dissertation, an Embedded web camera based on Internet is proposed as well as designed. This product is developed based on high performance microprocessor integrated of RISC and DSP. We can use web camera to capture remote information throughout the world throughout Internet. A description about the web camera's hardware design and environment are given, at the same fime, the modules of design is given too. Every module of the design (capture of image, image encode and network transmission) is discussed in detail. At last the behavior of the web camera are summarized. The prospect of further development work for improving the product is also made.
