| Russia is the biggest neighbor country to China. The disintegration of USSR and various changes in the field of Russian politics and economy bring many unstable factors in the researching of Russian media. Under this background many scholars divert their attention to the macroscopic research of Russian media, and some typical media in Russia step down from the filed of vision of scholars'. "Evidence and Fact", which is chosen by author, is founded in 1961, and it's one of few papers, which extended two eras of USSR and Federal Republic of Russia. The thesis contains more than 300 China-related reports as the object of quantitative analysis, and the study also chose some typical China-related reports to make qualitative analysis. Through the analyses we find that it's different from the western media make reports by means of mixing ideology, the China-related reports in Russian media have their own characteristics in paper's agenda setting preference, reporting stories and skills. The more important is that "Evidence and Fact" portrays Image of China National Image as one political and economic paper in Russia owning the biggest distribution, it also reflects the attitude towards China of every social stratum in Russia.
