The Management Information System Of Safe Producing Integrated With Call Center Technology

The management information system of safe production is designed for the safe production management organizations. The main functions of this system are to implement the safe production management on computers, and to implement the process of collecting, statistic analyzing and inquiring the safe information as well as the report output, etc. by using the computers.Other than the traditional management information system of safe production, the safe production reporting center based on the call center technology is included into the system. The reporting center gives the reporters vocal guide, and it can also store and deal with the content of reports. Moreover, the reporting center can diversify the resources of safe production information, and strengthen the supervision of safe production. Therefore, a pattern with easy communication, dynamic management and dynamic supervision has been formed. In addition, it can find out the potential danger of production immediately and cope with it correctly.The overall structure of the safe production management as well as the programming flow is discussed in this thesis. By using the technology of object-oriented programming, COM components and the call center based on CTI, the system is designed and realized according to the means of software engineering. Besides, the solutions of some key problems including data collection, reporting center and emergency response support are discussed with details.In the data collection subsystem, the development technology based on components is applied. According to the features of information system, a database component and a report data upward component has been designed. So that the reusability of software isincreased, the developing cycle is shorten, and maintenance cost isdecreased.In the safe production reporting subsystem, the structure of the callcenter, which is based on the computer voice card, is analyzed; inaddition, the flow of this software and the detailed design is alsodiscussed. Besides, some notes of programming for the computervoice card are presented.In the emergency response support subsystem, the functions andapplications of the emergency response system which is based onthe predictive dialer are introduced. And the detailed design of thissubsystem is also provided.
