Call center aided management system is a daily management system of call center, it can realize the monitoring and management of staff and team performance, The system can also produce calculation result according to performance index. Relying on the platform, the overall support can complete the call center daily work.The establishment of Call center aided management system solves the daily management problems of call centers in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The system can carry out the management of production site, daily traffic monitoring and artificial traffic display. It shows the bar chart and graph that produces the powerful data support for daily management of call center. System performance assessment management and report management makes the call center more fair and reasonable. The results are easy to query, the system improve the management efficiency of the call center.Call center assistant management system adopts the object-oriented development method, using SOA architecture system, realize the separation of process and logic, reduces the influence on the system of the new requirements, with a unified standard, specification. It is a unified access platform of security, independent, scalable, and it realizes intelligent management of production and operation. The system adopts hierarchical framework of Spring and Hibernate, makes the system more reusability and maintainability, and it makes the system adjustment easier, new function development more convenient.The issue uses relevant software engineering methods to analyze of the project, design, and implementation. First of all, is the project feasibility analysis, respectively from the necessity and feasibility, technical feasibility, operation feasibility of investment and risk control of the feasibility of the project are analyzed; Secondly, the system analyzes the overall architecture of the system, it grasps the various aspects of the system from the overall planning, and it estimates the evaluation of software and hardware for the system, carries on the demand analysis to the system analysis, case analysis and database; and then it gives the detailed design of the system function structure, application scenarios, management methods and database; finally, follow the SOA frame structure system object-oriented implementation of each function module of the system using java language.
