Web-Based Information Management System Of Human Resource

HRM is a new philosophic theory of recent years. How to deal with the HRM information for decision-making is becoming an important task. According to the inner relationship of upon contents, the HRMS software is developed ,including personal dossier,labour contract, labour cost control,stat analysis and so on. A entirely supporting software system is formed and then becoming a hotspot of modern computer application field.Firstly, this thesis analised the developing direction .Secondly, according to the fact of the corporation, we discussed the technology and architecture of the system. This thesis introduced the setting method and security management proposed User and User Group, then, we proposed personnel management subsystem\report-form subsystem, based on this, we take the file transportation subsystem and data-copy subsystem as an emphases.Security management included two parts: User/ User Group and combine control. It defines the user and its organization structure. It is one of preconditions to realized other subsystems. Combine control can make the data safe when more the one client access the database at the same time.Personnel management subsystem is the base of HRMS. It includes two parts: the employee dossier management and the employee attendance. Users can add\delete\edit\query the information of the employee of this corperation. It is the basis of other subsystems.Users can make forms flexible by report-form subsystem. File transportation sub system can package\transport\copy the data files in two directions automatically. Every underling units can provides the newest information to the headquarters after a period of time through the subsystem.The function of data-copy subsystem is exchange data of different construction. In order to get the data that is required, it can link more than one tables from the datasourse ,then put it into the destination table.The operation system of client is Windows 2000 professional, The operation system of server is Windows 2000 Server. We choose MS SQL Server 2000 as the DBMS, use the visual tools to develop the application system and to define the DB structure. The interface of the system is friendly, after the users enter the passward , the system begin to work. It has the following functions: data update,correct automatically,function enactment,document transportation,report forms design.All clients can access the system by LAN, based on their purview, all the information which was updated can be reflected to local DB . As to underling corporation, after they update the data, they can transport the documentation to the superior corporation by WAN. All the data will be stored in the headquarters.
