National Information Technology has spread all over our life and work, and it has been the efficient means for us to improve our efficiency and obtain knowledge furthest. Presently, the experiment instruments in many universities are mostly boxes, whose function is very simple and the instruments are very old. So the customary teaching mode and the experiment mode is not suit for the demand of training the talent for new century. It is imperative under the situation to open the laboratory. And that the open laboratory needs new type of instruments, we bring forward the concept of network and the intelligence about it. This network and the intelligent experiment system consisted of computer technology, network technology, database technology is very suit for the open laboratory, which get vigor to the management of the laboratory in the next generation In this paper we design a project of the analog circuit experiment system, which can content the request of the experiment reform and has network and intelligence function. This project adopts the hybrid mode----C/S, B/S mode, and it reaches the request of the open laboratory based on making full use of the existing sources. Firstly, we improve the instruments needed in the experiments. The instruments used in the experiment are all digit and intelligent which are very convenient for the date acquisition in the experiments. The analog on the platform is put into the SCM through AD converter, and then we can get stable digital data.Secondly, we put all acquisition data into the 485 bus through the communication module adopting 485 bus's transfer mode to guarantee the data's reliability and the stability. The communication module accomplishes the communication standards converting using communication chip and accomplished the serial transmission using RS-485 bus. In the client PC, the 485 standard is converted to 232 standard using the RS232/485 communication interface, then we can realize the data's real-time transmission and the integral control. Thirdly, we can accomplish the acquisition, procession, and display of the data that is transmitted from the experiment platform with the management software programmed in client PC, so as to realize the intelligence of the experiment's process. In the client PC management system, students can watch the real-time change of the data in experiment platform and can automatically draw the experiment curve from the acquisition data. When the experiment is over, the experiment data can be transmitted automatically to the server (teacher's computer). When the server is off at that time the data can be stored automatically.The experiment process can be monitored so that the teacher can know the conditions of the student with the management software programmed in server. Meanwhile, because this management software adopts SQL2000, it possesses the database function. This system adopts BS mode so it can be connected to internet or school hub server. Then we can visit laboratory management web so as to realize the web function, at the same time, we can accomplish the setup and the control of all kind of the experiment software in client PC (student's PC) by using the C/S structure in the system.In addition, we consider the problem of reasonable routing to guarantee the liability to interferences in this system at mostly to decrease the interference because of the unreasonable design of the circuit.Because of the limitation of our level and some objective factors, this system has much space to be improved. However, it has basically achieved the design request, and it can be a very useful reference for the further study.
