Research And Exploitation Of Conscription Management Information System

With development of information technology in the field of military affairscomputer information management greatly promotes the rapid development ofconscription work. Improving work mode and veracity become a necessary require ofthe new posture. Neither actual simple computer management nor traditional handworkmanagement can meet the needs of conscription management information. Thereforeadopting modern information technology in conscription work can greatly improve itsefficiency. It is also valuable for the quality construct of our army and improving recruitdiathesis. The research mainly includes four parts below:(1) In this paper the importance and necessaryof adopting information technology in conscription work was demonstrated. Domestic and international research status on conscription management information system was analyzed. The aim of develop conscription management information system was introducing modern information technology into the administrating of conscription record and then changing the traditional management mode of conscription work The final purpose was accelerating the information-process of the conscription work. The basis conception and total function structure of medical record MIS was also explained.(2) Characteristics and key technology of conscription work MIS was studied in the paper. Structured Analysis & Developing Method was adopted in total layout design and module development. At the same time Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) Method was utilized in application and evaluation then complicated module were simplified and exploitation process of conscription work MIS was reduced. The strict of software was Client/Server mode. The foreground-developing tool was Power Builder 8.0 and background tool was SQL Server2000 database system.(3) Many existed conscription work mode had been carefully analyzed and some defects were founded. Analysis indicated that to reach the aim of unified management information and rational utilization information the MIS should be high efficiency. In addition the ability of information sharing and beforehand object dynamic management was also needed. To meet these needs the logical model of our system is put forward. II重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要(4) The MIS was developed according to Structured Designing Principle. The main functional module was subdivided from top to bottom. Complex modules were simplified. The configuration was comparatively independence and there function was unitary. The interdependency between modules was small. According to functional module interface was also designed. Finally I explore the conscription work MIS based on the above research andanalysis. This system was especially designed according to the feature of conscriptionwork. It is demonstrated that our MIS has the advantages of high data inputtingefficiency high data sharing ability and good compatibility .In the addition thesystem has such features as high stability secure opening expansible integraland standard .
