With the development of information technology, it influences every aspectof society and science. Based on the concepts of digital earth, digital Chinaand Digital city, the frame of digital international water-saving park atYangling is proposed making reference to digital agriculture. Meanwhile wecollect datum of the park. The result of this study is mentioned below: 1) According to the requirement of accuracy, we choose Trimble Ag132 asGPS receiver.Measuring the park with GPS, investigating on the spot andexperimentalizing, we got and processed the datum of the park then GIS softwarecan use them. 2) Daily transactions of the park were classified as production management,material management, financial management and location-observation datamanagement. Using Microsoft Access2000 we tabled the data sheet and constitutedthe database. When we finished all of the job, we built Transaction ProcessingSystem of the Park. 3) The geographic information system (ArcView 3.2) can display, deal withand even spatially analyse the datum of the park. Besides that, we can referreports, graphs and images to the managers in order to help make decisions. 4) Using programming language (Visual Basic 6.0; Avenue) and componentobject (MapObjects 2.0) to develop the integration system, we can query andbrowse all the datum on an only interface. At the same time, we can do some simplemanipulation. 5) Taking pictures of the park by digital camera and dealing with them byphotoshop7.0,we made panoramic photos. Then we imported these panoramic photosto hotmedia to export 2DVR....
