Correlative knowledge of LonWorks network is introduced in this paper at first , which includes nerve cell chip, LonTalk protocol , correlative product, develop utility, scheme of system makeup and so on. Implement method of DAS based on LonWorks network is also proposed .Aiming at actual need of industrial system, measure nodes, management nodes and receiver and transmitter module of Lon network are designed in this paper. Furthermore, function of DAS is implemented perfectly. Measure nodes are make up of two parts. One is controller, whose core is the MSC1210, a product of TI, taking charge of management and control of measure node. The other is intelligent Hub controlling the strobe of multi-channel sensors, thus it can drive no less than 16 channel sensors. In order to economize power, Measure nodes have the functions of timing power-on and power-off. To make sure reliability under the wicked environment, Measure nodes also possess completed self-diagnosis function, including self-diagnosis of CPU, ROM, RAM, ADC, clock and so on. There are two schemes for manage nodes. One use PC as manage node, the other is designing special manage nodes to control the circulation of Lon network. We give a system design method based on PC manage nodes. According to the function requirement, manage nodes are divided into eight blocks: Power management, System clock management, Data receive and storage, Measure task management, Self-check management, Parameter setting and query, Multi-spare management node, Error process.The DAS based on our scheme has been applied in industry field.
